No nos permitieron cambiar la reserva aún cuando explicamos que había ocurrido un problema con las fechas y argumentamos que igual queríamos reservar con ellos para la fecha que necesitábamos; aunque no aceptaban cambios de reserva, otro hotel sí tuvo la amabilidad de cambiar la reserva, devolvieron el dinero e hicimos la reserva nuevamente con ellos para la fecha requerida. Y el precio para la fecha que necesitábamos estaba exactamente igual, sino pueden gestionar un pequeño cambio no imagino que más no han gestionado.

Next to the Belfort so the location is one of the best. The staff speak English well. But limited amenities. We get upgrade to the room with bath tub and bacolby
